TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE THE MEMBER OF ASSOCIATION

FOR LIFE MEMBERS

He/She must possess a degree/diploma in a Prosthetics and Orthotics from Recognized University.

A copy of certificate attested by Gazetted officer to be enclosed.

Life Membership Fees Rs. 1000.00

Local Cheques (Delhi only) and out station draft will be accepted.  Outstation cheques will not be accepted.

Email id mandatory for future correspondence.

No refund of membership fees will be taken into consideration, if he/she leaves/expelled from the membership.

Members have to follow the rules and regulations registered under the society Act XXI of 1860 by the association.

*ASSOCIATION HAS RIGHT TO REJECT THE APPLICATION WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON.

All Disputes are subject to delhi jurisdiction.

FOR STUDENT MEMBERS

He/She must be the student of degree/ diploma course in Prosthetics and Orthotics from recognized university.

A letter from the HEAD OF DEPARTMENT TRAINING (Prosthetics and Orthotics) is required.

A student membership fee is Rs 250.00. Only Bank Draft/Cash will be accepted.  This amount will be adjusted at the time when he/she becomes the LIFE MEMBER of Association within one month, after completing the course (Provisional Certificate Required).  No adjustments of student membership fees will be taken into consideration, after one month.

Student Members who opt for the life membership with provisional certificates required to submit the attested copy of degree/diploma awarded by the university with in 18 months, failing which his/her membership will be cancelled and membership fees will not be refunded.
